This is meant to imitate the carnival scenes where many people are found distorting the view they carry by standing behind images of curvaceous women and strong men for that one opportunity to catch a glimpse of themselves in any way other that the way they are.
The self portrait stands then as a curated effort for me to remake my life…
Until I walk away from the funny screen and I realize just how temporary my view was.
